Frequently asked questions
Can we run day-pass visitors alongside members?
Yes — Daily Pass is a built-in plan type, so walk-ins are first-class citizens with their own limits, alongside Student, Regular, Premium, Senior Citizen and Corporate members.
Do members need smartphones?
No. The desk works entirely librarian-side. Digital cards and OPAC links are extras for members who want them — everything also works with just a member ID at the desk.
Can fines be waived or adjusted?
Fines are computed automatically but settled by a librarian at the fines desk, so collection remains a human decision with a clean record.
