The reading room module shows every study seat on an interactive map with four live statuses — Available, Occupied, Reserved and Maintenance — and handles member check-in and check-out at the desk. Occupancy is visible at a glance; the door register is retired.

The room at a glance

One screen shows the whole hall: which seats are free, which are occupied and by whom, which are reserved, and which are out of service. Allotment decisions take a second.

Check-in, check-out, accountable

Members check in against a seat and out when they leave, giving you a live occupancy record instead of a paper register nobody can total.

Maintenance is a status, not a surprise

A broken chair or a cleaning slot is marked Maintenance and simply can't be allotted — no double-bookings on a seat that isn't usable.
